POSITION SUMMARY:
The Child Care Coordinator shall be responsible for the daily operation of the Early Childhood Care (ECC) Program, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children enrolled and direct supervision of program staff. This position is responsible for ensuring children’s social, physical and mental development in the early childhood care program. The Child Care Coordinator, in coordination with the Program Director, will oversee the development, administration, supervision, delivery and evaluation of a high-quality early childhood care program in accordance with YMCA Guidelines and State Licensing Requirements.
